Some 30+ HUHC students attended the third annual Chocolate Tasting event in the HUHC Living Room on Valentine Day. Associate Dean Donahue gathered a great variety of chocolates from the ultimately intense 99% cocoa dark chocolate bars to the complex, but sweeter flavors produced by chocolatiers like Max Brenner (the Baldman) of NYC.
At one point during the celebrations Dean Donahue received a 99% cocoa dark chocolate challenge.
